Matt Morano is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Revolution. Based in Mooresville, he works with buyers and sellers throughout Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area.

Before entering real estate, Matt spent nearly 30 years as a television meteorologist. That background shaped an approach built around clear communication, careful analysis and explaining complicated information in a straightforward way.

Since becoming licensed in 2017, Matt has represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of transactions, including luxury and waterfront homes, new construction and relocation. His Lake Norman waterfront experience also includes the dock, shoreline and regulatory issues that buyers and sellers may need to consider beyond the house itself.
